  • Our service technicians will have your vehicle repaired in under a day in most cases. If your car needs to be in the shop longer, we will do our best to get it back to you in as little time as possible or offer you the option of renting a Hertz rental car right on site.

Can you order Parts?

Yes. Our experienced staff can order any part for your vehicle. We have the ability to order Genuine Manufacturer Factory (OEM) Parts and Aftermarket Replacement Parts for your convenience.


How does the getting my car fixed process work?

Just by making a simple phone call or email, our advisors will listen to your situation and address it accordingly. Whether you need our shuttle service, towing service, or want to drop off your car we will accommodate to your schedule.


How do I know the problem will get fixed?

We have invested significantly in up to date diagnostic equipment to make sure the problem is found quickly and repaired promptly. This means you won't have to waste time coming back to us for any unfinished business.


Do you accept walk-ins?

Although a scheduled appointment is recommended we absolutely still take walk-ins. As your time is valuable, we make every effort and treat every customer with the up-most priority regardless of your circumstance.


Do you offer rental cars?

Yes. Regardless of your situation, please ask us to pre-arrange for a rental car when it's time for you to drop off your car. European Motorcars has an exclusive relationship with our on-site Hertz Rental office that can arrange a rental car for you right on the spot. The office is conveniently located in our Collision Center facility.
