  • I have a ML320 Benz 2001 that would not start in March 2013. I have had my ML for about 9 years now and this is the first time it would not start. I was worried that the repair cost would be close to $1000 plus being a women often times mechanics will miss inform me and over charge for work done. I called European Motorsports talked to Gary the owner and he told me it could be 1 of 4 reasons why it would not start. I had my benz tolled to the shop that day. The next day they called and told me they think I need to replace the key and the cost would be $167.00 which would have to be ordered from the dealership and it would take about 3 days. I called the shop 3 days later talked to Gary again - to my surprise it was the key. My bill was under $400. I was very please with the level of expertise,respect,and honesty I received. This is the 3rd time I have taken my ML to them and it will not be the last. Another thing I like is every year around the holidays European Motorsports sent me a card I think that is a nice touch.

  • I would like to applaud the EM Teams from Sales to Service. They are a rarety in the car sales space. I own a 95 s420 and Alan (Service Manager) and his team has never failed at trying to fix my car. They wont give up and being that my car is an older model the parts are hard to find and pretty costly. They go out of their way to find the part and of course pass on savings to the suctomer. I cant say enought. but I do know that I will be driving my S420 for a few more years and feel safe doing it. Kudos to the EM Team

  • All of the staff there that helped we were very friendly and went out of their ways to explain everything in detail about their cars and what they do. I was able to find a car I really liked in my price range. All of their stock is in great condition and it gets serviced right there at the shop. I was able to buy my car the day after finding it and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here looking for great cars in the $10 -15000 range.

  • I purchased a 2005 lexus ES330 from European Motorcars, the salesman Tom was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The car looked and drove great. I got a great deal on the car and they found an amazing 2.49% interest rate on this used car. The day I picked the car up there was an issue with the front right brake caliper. I called Tom he handled the entire situation perfect. They had the car towed back provided me with a rental at no cost and put on two new brake calipers turned the rotors and gave the car an alignment as well. This was all done in one day. This is exactly what you want in a car dealership, they actually want you to have a great experience. Not like the many dealerships I have been to before.

  • My wife had found a Audi A6 on the lot we decided to go take a look at it and take it for a ride. We were greeted by Tommy on a Saturday afternoon. He was professional and upbeat unlike what you see at used car dealers. He assured us of the car and it was looked over before it is even placed on the lot. We took it for a ride around the area. We were happy with the car and went inside and talked to him about buying an extended warranty along with the car and he was on the ball with all of the questions we had for him. My wife and I talked it over and we agreed that the Audi was the car she wanted. We called Tommy and bought the car two days later and now after a week of ownership we are very happy with our decision in the car and European Motorcars.   • I took my Volvo S60 in as my check engine light was still on after having it repaired at another dealership. The Service Tech quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day! The facility is much larger than it looks from the street and they have up to date diagnostic tools. They were very professional and the repair was done at a fair price. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

  • I had an excellent experience here purchasing a used Porsche 911. Been driving it for two weeks now and couldn't be happier!   • My older volvo was making a mysterious noise that turned out to be a pretty serious problem. These guys tracked down the problem quickly, and fixed it for the exact amount they quoted. This is clearly a smart and honest group of mechanics. The service and waiting room amenities are the best I have experienced. They even had a nice rental car on hand for a very reasonable price. As good as it gets in my opinion, and gives me a lot more confidence to hang onto this car for a few more years.
