Gary and team are always 100% professional, answer all your questions and while maintaining a high end Euro car isn't inexpensive, I feel they are looking out for their customers and try to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. I recommend you bring your car there if you want it done right.

Our recent experience with European Motorcars was a pleasant surprise. After decades of car buying, working with Sales Associate Paul Lapierre was a breath of fresh air. Strong arm tactics simply do not exist at this dealership. We were impressed with Sales Manager Tommy DiCicco as well, for he proved willingly helpful. The relaxed, respectful demeanor of these two gentlemen engenders a degree of trust not normally found in this setting.Last month we purchased a vehicle that is 3 years old. So meticulously maintained and detailed, it appears brand new, turning heads everywhere we go.Clearly, this was a wise investment.

I’ve Had a couple of experiences with European Motor Cars. both times my car was fixed and looked amazing. They did a great job on the repair and I might add they were very reasonable pricewise. Also both times when I got my car back I noticed they detailed the inside of my car beautifully. That was an added bonus. I will always go back to European. They are the best. 🚘

Who wants to get your car repaired? Certainly not me! However, due the kindness of someone in the grocery store parking lot I had no choice. I selected European Motorcars in Middletown from Amica Insurance approved list. From start to finish, it went as smoothly as silk. Tom Staron, owner, was professional and helpful throughout the process. Jennifer, his very competent assistant, was also extremely helpful. They worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company to get the job done right! My car looks brand new and all is well with me. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use it again. If you get the chance, you should do the same!

Had to bring my Alfa Romeo Giulia for an oil change. Most shops won’t even answer the call because most Alfas are notoriously difficult to work on outside of the certified dealerships. However, the boys in the service department did an excellent job with doing the service on my car, even staying till they closed to make sure the car was in operating shape. Thanks again to the garage, specifically Mimet (apologies for spelling your name wrong my dude). Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Due to an unfortunate incident, our car was damaged. From the get-go, this place was fantastic. We were fortunate enough to actually have the owner doing the estimate. They dealt directly with the insurance company and received all approvals directly from them. They are easy to schedule the repairs with in very short order. The car was done in under a week, and we had no checks to transfer or do anything. They arranged for payment directly from the insurance company. When the estimate wasn't enough, they dealt directly with the insurance company and received all necessary approvals. The quality of the work is a five out of five. So, service is five out of five, staff is five out of five, and the quality of work is five out of five.

Great relaxed atmosphere to purchase my Jeep Gladiator (lifted). Not only did they knock it out of the park with the customization of the jeep. But they made this so easy. Fikret is an absolute joy to work with, and very easy to talk to.Buying is a low pressure experience, with reps ready to answer any questions, while allowing the buyer to peruse at their leisure.Certain members of the finance department can be a bit pushy, however the manager, Tommy, takes his business very personally, and will go out of his way to ensure customers have their needs met both during and after sales, and will not rest until the experience with European Motorcars is a satisfactory one.The selection of cars is wider than the name suggests, occasionally including luxury/performance cars from other countries as well.Would recommend this dealership.

When I brought my car in, there were SO many things wrong, I thought it was a lost cause. Needed almost $10k in repairs. I had an extremely evasive and uncooperative warranty company, that of course dragged their feet. However, Kevin, the service manager kept on them, despite everything. He kept me updated every step of the way, and got them to cover a great deal, and the total out of pocket was LESS than the lowest estimate. European Motorcars have always treated me well, and are always transparent, and honest, which is pretty much a novelty with mechanics. I will never trust any other mechanic as much as I do European Motorcars, and give eternal thanks to Kevin and everyone involved in the process of getting my vehicle up and running again!!
