After lots of research and looking for the Jeep Gladiator that was perfect for me; I found it. Paul answered my online request for information and made the whole process of buying online simple and painless. The professionalism shown by this Dealership was exceptional. We have purchased many vehicles & motorcycles in the past; yet we have never had anyone take their time to go over each paper we signed or initialed to make sure we understood exactly what we were signing. European Motorcars is the only place I take my beloved Mini Countryman “Ollie” as they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and super friendly. When my break light came on and I took the car in to be served they called to inform me it was only a sensor and my breaks were fine. They serviced my car after an accident and when a belt broke. Each time the service was superb and my car ran like new with no problems afterward. If you are looking for an honest, competent place to get service this is your place.

Bought a BMW X3…Had a great experience with the whole process. No high pressure sales, Paul was professional and patient with me. Had an issue with a computer chip brought it back and Kevin in service took care of the situation in prompt fashion. Nothing but good things to say about the company. Who wants to get your car repaired? Certainly not me! However, due the kindness of someone in the grocery store parking lot I had no choice. I selected European Motorcars in Middletown from Amica Insurance approved list. From start to finish, it went as smoothly as silk. Tom Staron, owner, was professional and helpful throughout the process. Jennifer, his very competent assistant, was also extremely helpful. They worked hand-in-hand with my insurance company to get the job done right! My car looks brand new and all is well with me. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use it again. If you get the chance, you should do the same!

Received service for my Audi Q7. Made an appointment on a Friday for a Monday morning service. Utilized the night drop box on Sunday night. Kevin called me Monday morning with an update on my vehicle. They had a recommendation of a repair that was completed that same day as the oil change service. The vehicle was in and out in one day. I recently purchased a Porsche GT3 from European Motor cars. I’m out of Miami,Florida and decided to buy it site unseen because I did not want to go through the trouble of having to fly over. I trusted them and asked them to be upfront about everything with the car such as rick chips, scratches etc. They were very transparent throughout the process and very patient.
